The goal of the Summerville Miracle League is to enhance the lives of people with special needs. This will be accomplished primarily through the national pastime of baseball, but will also include other activities that will bring together our athletes and their families in a positive and enriching way.

Stokes Automotive Group is sponsoring this year's, 8th Annual, "Golfing for Miracles" Golf Tournament. The proceeds of this function benefits the Summerville Miracle League directly by paying for (10 kids and their families) on a trip to Disney World. The tournament, gala, and silent auction provides a great opportunity to connect with our dealers and the community and - most importantly - raise money for a good cause.
The Summerville Miracle League is one of approximately 300 Miracle League organizations worldwide. The organization provides the opportunity for those with disabilities to play Miracle League baseball. Baseball is played on a specifically designed rubberized surface to allow players to fully participate regardless of their challenges.
The game is much more than just baseball - it is an avenue to build self-esteem, make friends, and simply be treated like other athletes. To provide assistance, players are paired with an able-bodied peer, which creates what The Miracle League describes as "a bond that cannot be described."
